The Influence of Public Servants’ Perceived Formalism and Organizational Environmental Strategy on Green Behavior in the Workplace

This study explored the influence of public servants’ green attitude, behavior intention, organization environmental strategy, lifestyle, and formalism on behavior. For Taiwan’s government agencies, protection sustainable development issues must be inculcated into organizations deeply ingrained mindset civil servants. In particular, this research incorporates concept ‘formalism’ proposed by Riggs in administrative ecology.
